How does CERAMA-TECH on ac units / ducts/ exterior metals perform over time?

We dropped this church air temperature by 10 degrees just by coating their rooftop AC unit and ducts

On September 7. 2010,  we coated this rooftop AC unit with Cerama-Tech.  Air temperature readings were taken at the closest register to the AC unit (Kitchen almost directly under the unit) and at the farthest register away (App 15 ft farther away.

Sept 6th, 1pm, prior to coating - 
Kitchen   - 64 degrees.      Bedroom - 58 degrees.

Sept 7th, 1pm, after coating
Kitchen    -58 degrees       Bedroom - 50 degrees
